hi Nadia,

it's uncanny to see we share yet another thing in common. i also went back to school in my (late) 30s. i still have my day job. it's not easy but the Lord has always seen me thru the times when i thought i'd just die from discouragement.

One final thought on this. I can't help but feel sympathy as well for those who seem to be lost. I try not to spend too much time doing this, but it saddens me to no end to read anti-christian comments in response to news articles with religious themes. I see so much of my old self in them - so much of the insecurity and defensiveness. Desperate attempts to justify selfishness. But then I am reminded of God's unyielding pursuit of us and what He has done for me, and I can't help but praise Him and be filled with hope.

So I have to wonder, Nadia, if its the depth and purpose of the search that influences the outcome:

So for the unbeliever, a fair question is, "What is their motivation as they seek?"
